Shipping

All products are made-to-order, meaning when you place an order, you are added to a list of orders that will be made by hand! It will take about 7 days for your product(s) to be formulated.

-Domestic shipping takes about 1 to 5 business days.
-International shipping outside of the U.S. takes about 5 to 12 business days (these times vary based on location).

Please note that BeeQuench'd Body Care is not responsible if your order is lost in transit or if there are any shipping delays. However, please feel free to submit your issue using the contact form, and we will do what we can to help.

Return Policy

Thank you so much for supporting BeeQuench'd Body Care! Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. No REFUNDS will be issued. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and submit a contact form immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo or video of the defective product to receive store credit towards a replacement or other product.
